Grocery shopping help for seniors
We can be a helping hand to run errands, whether that means shopping for a single person, for example if a person has limited mobility, or for a family who is looking to delegate certain tasks on their to-do list.
Our services include helping to plan errands and accompanying individuals to medical appointments, to the store or to any other appointment or activity.
How it works:
Our attendants can go to the grocery store and/or the pharmacy, depending on what you need.
Make a list and we’ll help you run your errands. Why not combine this with our meal prep service and have supper taken care of at the same time?
Our services are available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This Service is covered by the Financial Assistance Program for Domestic Help Services (PEFSAD). (PEFSAD). Accessible to everyone aged 18 and over, PEFSAD* can reduce your out-of-pocket expenses by up to 70% for home services such as housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation.
* amount determined by RAMQ based on your family income and living situation. Certain specific conditions may also give access to a referral via the CISSS. Other financial assistance is available (such as tax credits, tax exemptions or specific support for caregivers), so don’t hesitate to find out if you are eligible. Please note that mileage is billed in addition to the service and is not covered by the PEFSAD.
