What's the difference between a light and a heavy household?
Light cleaning involves more frequent daily maintenance (surfaces, floors, bathroom, etc.). Heavy cleaning is aimed at more demanding one-off tasks: walls, windows, ceilings, inaccessible nooks and crannies, etc. It can also be used as a back-up to regular cleaning when a little extra is needed, or in situations of clutter or insalubrity.
How do you estimate the time required for major work?
We provide estimates over the phone. This allows us to manage time and resources efficiently, while guaranteeing accurate and reliable estimates. Be sure to specify your requirements in as much detail as possible, so that our assessment is as accurate as possible.
Do you offer a decluttering service?
Yes, sorting and cleaning cluttered rooms can be part of the service, even in sensitive situations (busy homes, accumulated dirt…). Our teams intervene tactfully and without judgment.
There are pests in my home. What should I do?
We do not intervene as long as there are pests in a dwelling, to avoid spreading. We require proof of treatment by a certified exterminator before resuming our services.
Can I request a special job on the spot?
Specific requests must be coordinated directly in advance by telephone and not on site with the attendants. This allows us to optimize schedules and adapt teams to the tasks at hand.
How much does a heavy-duty cleaning service cost?
