Your application will be processed as soon as we receive it. If all the documents are complete and the form correctly filled in, we do our utmost to process it as quickly as possible. However, this may vary depending on the sector concerned.
Is it always the same person who comes to provide service?

Does the attendant bring her own equipment?
The attendant does not bring any personal equipment. Please provide the necessary equipment.
I or someone close to me has cockroaches, can still you come?
Yes, we can intervene. However, an exterminator must treat the cockroach infestation first. Please provide us with proof of his visit. This precaution is taken to prevent any spread and ensure a safe and healthy environment.
