No, the heavy housekeeping service is not only seasonal. We have teams working all year round to ensure continuity in our services, regardless of the time of year.

Yes, our heavy housekeeping teams also handle decluttering and treating unsanitary housing when necessary.

We do not intervene as long as there are insects in a home. We request proof of treatment by an exterminator before sending our services.

If your attendant has not shown up and is more than 15 minutes late, please call us at 514-353-1479 so we can assist you and resolve the situation quickly.

Specific requests for tasks must be coordinated directly with Répit-Ressource, not with individual caregivers. This enables us to plan schedules appropriately. In addition, some tasks may require special skills or different shifts, and therefore cannot always be carried out by your regular attendant.
