Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors plays a central role in the governance and strategic direction of the organization. Composed of passionate professionals, they actively support our mission and guide our development. These experts, with their wealth of experience and know-how, work together to ensure a lasting, positive impact. Discover the members of our Board, committed individuals who contribute to making Répit-Ressource a key player in supporting families and individuals in need of respite.

Serge Forget, Chairman

In office since 2015, Mr. Forget completed his studies in law and obtained a master's degree in economics. He taught French and catechism for 5 years, then worked for two years at the Commission de développement Régional de Montréal as a consulting agent. He then served as Secretary General of the Association des commissions scolaires des Laurentides. He became General Manager and Town Clerk of Saint-Antoine from 1975 to 2000. Mr. Forget ended his career as Assistant General Manager of the City of Saint-Jérôme until 2009. As an active retiree, he has also chaired the Board of Directors of the Centre communautaire juridique Laurentides-Lanaudière since 2006.

Marie-Ève Beauchamp-Legault, Vice-President

Ms. Beauchamp-Legault joined the board of Répit-Ressource in 2019, where she is currently vice president. She has also been involved as a director on the board of the Caisse Desjardins des Versants du Mont-Royal since 2018 and on the board of the Association Étudiante des Cycles supérieurs de HEC Montréal since 2020. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal and is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Centre d'expertise en gestion de la santé et de la sécurité au travail at Université Laval's Faculté des sciences de l'administration. Occupational health and well-being are at the heart of her research projects. She has been a member of the Ordre des CRHA since 2020. In addition to her human resources skills, she excels in management, project management, communications and analysis. Through her involvement on the Board of Directors, she hopes to contribute to the well-being of the organization's employees and beneficiaries.

Nusrat Haque, Secretary

A CPA by training, Ms. Haque has also completed the Desjardins Women in Leadership program. After more than 6 years experience as a financial analyst at Telus, she now works as a Senior Specialist in Financial Planning and Analysis at Pratt & Withney. She has served on the board of Répit-Ressource since 2021 and also sits on the board of Caisse Desjardins de Lachine. Ms. Haque wishes to contribute to the sound governance of an organization that improves the daily lives of its customers. She sees her involvement as an enriching experience, both personally and professionally, and is committed to the mission of Répit-Ressource.

Sébastien Ruel, Administrator

Mr. Ruel has been the Répit-Ressource employee representative on the Board since 2021. He has considerable accounting and financial expertise. He values his involvement on the Répit-Ressource Board because it enables him to take part in important decisions concerning a company whose mission is close to his heart. His dual role as Director and Accounting Manager also gives him the opportunity to share with other Board members relevant information on what's going on internally, with a view to enlightening their understanding and reflection.

Anne-Norante Alexandre, Administrator

Passionate, committed and dynamic, Anne-Norrante Alexandre has been a director of Répit-Ressource since January 2023 and sits on the Dynasty Foundation's Governance & HR Advisory Committee. Ms. Alexandre has worked as an analyst, coordinator, advisor, director and consultant in human resources and organizational development for nearly 10 years. She is now a Senior Consultant at Boreala Management, which she joined in 2020 and has progressed through a variety of roles. A graduate in psychology from Université de Montréal, Ms. Alexandre has completed three certificates in human resources management, organizational development and management at HEC and Université Laval. She acts as a consultant for Répit-Ressource in human resources management and organizational development. Through her various fields of expertise, including diversity, equity and inclusion, change management, organizational effectiveness and project management, Ms. Alexandre hopes to contribute to the community in which she grew up, and always ensure the well-being of employees and users.

Marie-Claude Boucher, Administrator

Ms. Boucher has been working in school management since 2011. She has completed a DESS in education administration. Her core competencies include project management, human and financial resources, and data analysis. Ms. Boucher's background has enabled her to develop a human and caring approach to team management, combined with solid expertise in strategic planning and decision-making. Her commitment to inclusion and accessibility of services for all categories of the population, as well as respect for fair working conditions for employees, aligns perfectly with Répit-Ressource's mission. She joined the board of Répit-Ressource in 2024.

Charles P. Blanchard, Administrator

A lawyer by training, Mr. P Blanchard has also completed a program in insured risk management. He practiced for many years in a major law firm before joining Bombardier, where he acts as lead counsel in litigation and supports transactional matters. He joined Répit-Ressource in 2024, following the merger of the activities of Services West-Nette, where he served on the Board of Directors for over 10 years.  Mr. P Blanchard wishes to contribute to his community by putting his knowledge at the disposal of a local organization that contributes to maintaining a healthy society.
