Among the measures submitted to the Quebec government during the 1995 Marche du pain et des roses were requests to improve the working conditions of housekeepers.
Inspired by this march and the 1996 Economic and Employment Summit, Répit-Ressource was officially recognized in 1997 as a social economy business offering domestic help services.
In 2024, Répit-Ressource expands its expertise and service territory with the merger of Services West-Nette. The people of the West Island and east end of Montreal will now benefit from the care of our merged teams, operating under the name Répit-Ressource.
