If you need additional ingredients and food, our attendant can also go do the the grocery shopping for you.

Our attendants can prepare a meal for one day or cook enough for the week.

This Service is covered by the Financial Assistance Program for Domestic Help Services (PEFSAD). (PEFSAD). Accessible to everyone aged 18 and over, PEFSAD* can reduce your out-of-pocket expenses by up to 70% for home services such as housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation.

Other financial assistance is available (such as tax credits, tax exemptions or specific support for caregivers), so don’t hesitate to find out if you are eligible.

It’s up to you to determine your needs and discover the benefits of a helping hand in the kitchen. If you wish, our attendant can prepare meals and store them in the refrigerator or freezer. He or she can work with you to choose the menus you like, and take complete charge of all the steps involved. All you have to do is allow enough time for the service. Our attendants are familiar with healthy recipes and can make suggestions to improve the energy content of your meals.
