Our recruitment process
Applying to us is easy, fast and always accompanied by real human contact.
📝 1. Submission of application
You can apply online for one of our available positions in just a few clicks. Whether you’ve already got some experience, or are in the process of retraining, every profile is carefully examined. An up-to-date CV and a few lines about your motivations are all you need to get the ball rolling.
🔍 2. Pre-selection by our team
Once we have received your application, our HR team will examine it carefully. Above all, we’re looking for people who are reliable, caring and motivated to make a difference. If your profile matches the needs of the position, we will contact you for an initial discussion.
📞 3. Telephone interview
This first call is an opportunity to get to know you better and to validate certain elements of your career path. We also take the opportunity to introduce you to Répit-Ressource, answer any questions you may have, and make sure our respective expectations are aligned.
👥 4. personal interview
If you are still interested, you will be invited to meet a member of our team in person. This is an opportunity to deepen your experience, assess your interpersonal skills and discuss the realities of the job, in a friendly, no-pressure atmosphere.
🧾 5. Reference and background checks
To ensure the quality and security of our services, we carry out reference checks and, depending on the position, criminal background checks. These procedures are carried out with respect and confidentiality.
🤝 7. Welcome to the team!
Once you have completed all these steps, you will receive an official offer of employment. As soon as you take up your new position, we’ll support you in your gradual integration, with the help of available colleagues and a committed administrative team.
🎓 6. Paid initial training
Before your first assignments, you will receive training tailored to your role. It will familiarize you with our procedures, tools and values. It’s also an opportunity to meet the team and ask any questions you may have. The training is paid.
