We’re looking for a Human Resources Technician to join our team and contribute to the development of our organization and the well-being of our employees.
Human resources administration

– Prepare and maintain employee files (hiring, departures, etc.).
– Draft administrative documents: contracts, letters of employment, certificates, notices, etc.
– Manage absences, vacations, time banks and miscellaneous leave.
– Ensure compliance of files and practices with applicable labor laws.


Recruitment and integration
– Participate in the entire recruitment process (posting, screening, interviews, reference checks).
– Coordinate the induction and integration of new employees with the Talent and Well-being Advisor.
– Update job descriptions and contribute to workforce planning.
Payroll and benefits
– Work with the payroll department to ensure the accuracy of information transmitted.
– Administer group insurance and pension plans.
– Answer employees’ questions about compensation and benefits.
– Health, safety and wellness


Support the implementation of the occupational health and safety program.
– Participate in the follow-up of accidents and CNESST files.
– Support wellness and work-life balance initiatives.


Communication and support for employees and managers
– Distribute internal HR communications.
– Provide front-line support to employees and managers on issues related to the application of policies and procedures.
– Participate in various HR projects

Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in administrative techniques, human resources option, or other relevant training.
Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally in an SME.
Good knowledge of Quebec labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent work organization and priority management.
Discretion, rigor and sense of confidentiality.
Good judgment and service-oriented approach.
Proficiency in IT tools (Office Suite, HR and payroll software).
