Shopping can be a daily challenge. Our attendants listen to you, respect you and help you out. Their goal: to simplify your life while respecting your habits, your budget and your privacy.
How does the service work?
The attendant will first visit your home to discuss the purchases to be made. He can help you draw up the list, or simply collect it if it’s already been prepared. He or she then carries out the shopping independently and returns to your home to deliver the products. Your home is always the point of departure and return for the service.
Do I need to provide a shopping list?
Yes, we recommend a shopping list to optimize time: our attendants use your written or verbal instructions to respect your preferences and your budget.
Can we go shopping together?
Yes, if you wish, we can accompany you on your shopping trips. However, our attendants are not authorized to transport you by car. They can accompany you by cab, public transit or on foot.
How do I pay for my purchases?
How often are services offered?
Our services are offered on a regular basis, every week, every two weeks or according to a schedule established with you (weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.). This way, you have the same person from one service to the next. You can stop or change the frequency at any time, free of charge (48 hours’ notice is required).
