Répit-Ressource provides more than 4,500 clients with light and heavy housekeeping services, meal assistance, grocery shopping assistance, daily living assistance, and respite care for family caregivers. In a stimulating and supportive environment, you will lead our teams while working closely with the management team and our wonderful human resources team, which currently consists of an HR specialist, a recruitment consultant, and a field team manager. – Create an engaging and supportive environment: implement initiatives to enhance team well-being, standardize management practices, and support new employees as they integrate into the company and undergo training.
– Develop talent and skills: Develop talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop employees, while supporting management teams in their HR initiatives.
– Strengthen HR processes and governance: establish internal policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and align HR practices with the organization’s objectives.
– Lead wellness and impact initiatives: reduce workplace risks, promote a positive corporate culture, and develop strategic HR projects aligned with Répit-Ressource’s values.

– Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
– At least 5 years of experience in an HR management position.
– Inspirational leadership with excellent communication skills and exemplary organizational skills.
– Member in good standing of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors (CRHA).
– Expertise in HR strategy, change management, and organizational development.
– Excellent proficiency with digital tools supporting HR functions, including Microsoft 365 (advanced Excel, dashboards, performance metrics, and data analysis), and proven experience in selecting, implementing, or optimizing a human resources information system (HRIS). Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
– Ability to quickly understand the work environment and adapt to its realities.
