Heavy housekeeping attendant
Rivière-des-Prairies, Anjou, Pointe-aux-Trembles, Montréal-Est, Rosemont, Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve
Seasonal position (March to October 2026), with possibility of year-round extension.
Répit Ressource provides more than 4,500 clients with light and heavy housekeeping services, meal assistance, grocery shopping assistance, assistance with daily living, and respite care for caregivers of seniors. The successful candidate will have access to a company vehicle, provided for travel to service locations. They will perform heavy housekeeping tasks directly in clients’ homes. As part of their duties, they will work either alone or in pairs, depending on the assignments. A strong sense of teamwork, independence, and excellent time management skills are therefore essential to succeed and thrive in this role.

– Window cleaning
– Moving and cleaning appliances
– Washing walls and ceilings
– Installing air-conditioning units in windows
– Housekeeping (contracts related to insalubrity)
– Any other task related to general cleaning
– Day shift, weekdays – no evenings or weekends
– Products and equipment provided
– Company events
– Paid travel time
– Possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
– Be comfortable with Google Maps and know how to find your way around the West Island of Montreal
– Be in good physical shape (able to provide sustained physical effort)
– Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and professionalism; be reliable, respectful and careful
– Have a minimum of one year’s relevant experience
– Experience in sanitation and decluttering (an asset)
