Répit Ressource provides over 3,500 clients with light and heavy housekeeping services, assistance with meals, shopping, daily living and caregiver respite. – Create new user files in the internal computer system (Qualicode/Maya) and on the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec (RAMQ) online platform.
– Follow up with users interested in our services to present our offer and provide the necessary information; if applicable, register them in the internal system and with the RAMQ.
– Monitor the progress of user files throughout the registration process (RAMQ follow-up, follow-up with clients and CLSCs, missing information, change of address, PPA registration, etc.)
– Respond to inquiries received by phone and email; handle calls and messages
– Open, sort, and distribute postal and electronic mail and other documents received; coordinate the flow of information internally
– Scan, sort, and file documents according to established guidelines

– Minimum of one year’s experience in customer service
– Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in administration, secretarial or office automation, or DEC in administration (an asset)

– Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and comfortable working in various computer systems
– Experience working with CRM software
