Full-time, Permanent (face-to-face during the week)
We provide valuable support and attentive care in the homes of more than 4,500 clients in western and eastern Montreal. Whether it’s light housekeeping, heavy housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping assistance, respite care for caregivers of seniors, or personal care assistance. The super person we’re looking for will report to the Director of Operations, and will ensure that the homecare attendants provide the best possible service. He/she must respond to customer requests and needs and, on a daily basis, plan, coordinate, organize and manage all activities related to the distribution of homecare services offered to customers.
– Coordinate home care workers’ schedules
– Fill service hours by assigning appropriate personnel according to specific customer needs
– Modify customer and attendant schedules and update their files as required
– Communicate, by messaging or telephone, with home support workers in order to transmit information necessary for the performance of their tasks and to ensure the transfer of information between the client and the home support worker.
– Soliciting inactive customers to reactivate services
– Be a good listener and able to identify needs and find solutions to the problems presented.
– Respond to customer complaints and take corrective action, informing human resources managers when necessary
– Participate in the integration process for new employees
– Communicate with CLSC partners and maintain effective, positive communication
– Ensure that company expectations, policies and safety rules are properly communicated
– Ensure that home-based work is carried out according to established policies, procedures and guidelines
– Adapting schedules during vacations and absences
– Compile weekly statistics on recurrent and ad hoc availability
– Actively participate in employee and department meetings and activities
– Support other administrative team members as needed
– Full-time position, day shift Monday through Friday

– Strong communication skills and excellent customer service
– Proven leadership, organizational and time management skills
– Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
– DEC in administration or relevant field
– 3 years’ relevant experience, including 1 year in personnel and scheduling management
– Asset: Previous experience in team management or supervision
